Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer.
Redesign Physio requests payment from you at each treatment session. We are unable to claim fees directly from your insurance company on your behalf.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. If you do not attend an appointment or give less than 24 hours’ notice, you will normally be charged the appointment fee.
If you have private health insurance you may be able to claim for your physiotherapy. It is important to check with your insurer if you are covered, your level of cover and any excess. It is likely that you will need to get a referral from your GP or Consultant in order to claim back on your insurance.
Gabrielle is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council, a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and approved by most health insurers. She does not currently accept payment from BUPA.
